Tunica RiverPark hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm
- Holidays 9am-5pm
- The last tour time available for the day will begin punctually at 5pm.

Groups with Tunica Queen Cruises must schedule tour time a minimum of two (2) hours prior to/after boarding time.
Please have your group at the Tunica Queen's boarding area a minimum of thirty (30) minutes prior to sailing.
The Tunica RiverPark also offers:
- ADA Accessibility: The Tunica RiverPark is in full compliance with the regulations of the ADA.
- Wheelchair Accessibility & Availability: The Tunica RiverPark offers wheelchair accessibility from all entrances to the museum, in addition to elevators. Wheelchairs are available but are limited, and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
- Museum Capacity: The Tunica RiverPark is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 600 guests.
- Amount of walking/steps between levels: The Tunica RiverPark offers three levels of exhibits with a maximum of 32 steps between levels.
- Self-Guided or Facilitated Tours available: The Tunica RiverPark will offer professional and informative facilitated tours or self-guided tours if preferred.

Payment
Policy
All payments must be made in U.S. Currency. All company checks,
cashiers checks, and money orders must be made payable to the Tunica
RiverPark.
The
Tunica RiverPark will accept payments as follows:
- Company
Check (personal, two-party, nor post-dated checks will not
be accepted).
- Cashiers
Check
- Money
Order
- Credit
Card (must fax copy of ID with credit card authorization
form).
- Cash

Note:
Photo Identification will be required when paying by company check
and/or credit card.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the manner the payment was received:
- Credit
card transactions will receive an immediate credit to the
account.
- Company
Check reimbursement will be mailed within thirty days (30)
to the party responsible for payment.
- Cash
refunds will only be made when it was used as the method
of payment.
