The RiverPark staff will be glad to assist you with planning your event. Group rates are available. The museum also has meeting room facilities and accommodations.

Information
Please
have your group arrive at the Tunica RiverPark at least ten (10)
minutes prior to your scheduled time tour. If for any reasons you
are delayed or unable to arrive for your groups scheduled time,
contact the RiverPark sales department at 866-51-RIVER or 662-357-0050.
Upon
arrival, please instruct your passengers to remain seated on
the coach as you proceed to the customer service/ticket area.
A RiverPark
representative will greet your group; give a brief presentation
on the facility and answer questions.
Please
have an exact passenger count upon arrival at the ticket counter.
Immediately notify staff of any changes to passenger count prior
to tickets being issued.
Please
count your tickets upon receipt to ensure you have the correct amount.
Tunica RiverPark is not liable for tickets once you leave the ticket
area.
After
receiving tickets, return to coach and distribute the tickets to
your passengers. A museum staff member will escort your group to
the museum exhibit entrance to begin your tour.
Please
allow two (2) hours for your groups self guided tour through the
museums exhibit and observation area.
Please
work to keep your group together and on time if a Tunica Queen cruise
is to follow your museum tour. Please have your group at the Tunica
Queen's boarding area a minimum of thirty (30) minutes prior to
sailing.

The
Tunica RiverPark offers a spacious all-purpose facility, which can
be utilized for special events, meetings, lectures, workshops and
more.
The Tunica RiverPark Meeting Room has 1350 square feet of space
within a 30'x 45' area and ceiling height of 15'. The interior
access door measures 8'6"wide.
The
Tunica RiverPark meeting facility consists of:

lobby area that can accommodate up to 200 guests (available
only after 6pm)
- A
meeting room that can accommodate up to 125 seated guests
